Demonstrative คือ อะไร ตอบ Demonstrative คือ คำแสดงปริมาณ : this, that, these, those ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในห้าชนิด ของ Determiner ( คำนำหน้านาม )
demonstrative มีวิธีใช้ดังต่อไปนี้คือ
1) ใช้ this และ these นำหน้าคำนามที่อยู่ใกล้ตัวผู้พูด และใช้ that และ those นำหน้า
คำนามที่อยู่ไกลตัวผู้พูด เช่น
We moved into this house as soon as we sold that flat.
These books belong to the library.
Please close those windows before you leave this room.
2) ใช้ this และ that นำหน้าคำนามนับได้เอกพจน์และนำหน้าคำนามที่นับไม่ได้ เช่น
I bought this book from that shop.
This water is not clean. You should not drink it.
3) ใช้ these และ those นำหน้าเฉพาะคำนามนับได้พหูพจน์ ( plural countable noun) เช่น
I bought these books from that shop.
Who closed those windows?
